Mothers Day

I had an absolutely wonderful mothers day - I hope everyone else did as well :) Gorgeous weather, lots of amazing people to see and some oh-so precious hand made cards that my babies made me. :)

I made something a little different this year for my mom. She's an incredible person and when I stumbled across this idea on Pinterest, I thought it would be perfect for her. My mom is awesome! She and my father raised 14 children. So this little flower bouquet is of all my siblings , spouses and the grand-babies. 

Happy Mothers day Mom. I love you very much! :)

Thursday Themes

Themes are a terrific idea to incorporate a lot of variety into your session 

and to make it fun and personalized for yourself or your child. 

Don’t be afraid to be creative about it!

Off the top of my head for today’s Thursday Themes I have these 3 ideas for you:

- - - Base Ball  - - -

 bring your little one around with his/her t-ball,

a couple balls, a bat & their favorite team players jersey.

They’ll have so much fun hitting some homeruns! 

This not only captures your child in a moment but also creates a wonderful experience that they will always remember and have to look back on. 

- - - Golfing  - - - 

Bring the nine-iron or just a play set and a dozen golf-balls for your child to practice and have fun with. Pair it up with a cute hat and vest for some adorable memories. 

- - - The Beach  - - -

The Beach isn't just for swimming and sand building. Top off a fun idea and we will bring a vintage chair or rocking horse to the beach for some rockin' fun images.

Oh GORGEOUS {Albums} - Lay flat & Minis

I just received the most incredible looking lay-flat album in the mail along with a coordinating mini . These are for a very sweet client {Amira}  for her daughters birthday this weekend. Talk about how to show off in style for her special party!

Children Portraits

Portrait Session

up to two children. $15 each additional subject

In Studio  - On location $100/hr

{weekends are an additional $25}

We are happy to capture your memories no matter the occasion.

Our studio is set up for newborns and small children. 

During the spring/summer/fall most sessions will be held outdoors.

{except for newborn sessions}

What to wear: We encourage outfit changes. Variety is a wonderful thing! There are many headbands, ties, props and accessories available for your use. Please ask if you have something particular in mind that you have seen. 

Try to avoid clothing with logos and wording. These can be distracting and take the focus off of the most important one - your child. J 

Remember that sometimes bare feet are best! 

What is included in a portrait session? 

Portrait sessions include the time and talent of the photographer. Including the time posing, time processing and retouching each portrait and so forth.  

One 11x14 enlargement of your favorite pose is included with your portrait session.
